Modern RIT: Saving our Own From The Inside Out

8 Hour Hands on Training Program

This 8 hour session will include RIT skill drills including accessing, assessment and packaging of the downed firefighter, air supply techniques, lifts/drags/carries, and other skills that attendees can easily bring back to their home departments.

PPE Required: Full Turnout Gear, Helmet, Gloves, & SCBA with Spare Bottle.

Jake Hoffman

Jake Hoffman is a Firefighter for the City of Toledo, assigned to Station 7. In 2014, Jake was one of twenty-five firefighters from across the world selected to be a member of UL Firefighter Safety Research Institute’s Fire Attack Technical Panel.

HOT Classes will be held at the National Center for Medical Readiness at Calamityville in Fairborn.
