Dr. Ramella provides clinical oversight to the Public Safety Crisis Solutions (PSCS) clinicians as well as treats First Responders. She has 35+ years of public safety and clinical mental health experience and provides a wealth of knowledge to the field. She earned her PhD in Psychology and is a Behavioral Health Consultant with the International Association of Fire Fighters, serves on the Board of Directors for Community Bridges, serves on numerous public safety and behavioral health committees and is an Instructor for California State University teaching Behavioral Health in the Fire service in their Wildland Urban Interface program.
